Engine
Thanks to two advanced engine options, the 2002 Renegade delivers the perfect combination of power and efficiency. The 177-horsepower, 1.3-liter four-cylinder turbo engine features direct injection and can produce 210 pound-feet of torque. When equipped with this engine, the Renegade gets up to 32 miles per gallon on the highway. An available 2.4-liter Tigershark engine puts out 180 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque. It features MultiAir technology for optimal power and reduced emissions.
