2021 Dodge Challenger
The 2021 Dodge Challenger turns heads, whether it is at the track or navigating heavy traffic. With exciting configurations and several performance features, it will turn your daily commute into a thrilling trip.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
Dodge encourages you to show off your unique style with the Challenger's 10 trim levels, including the SXT, GT, SRT Hellcat, SRT Hellcat Redeye, and SRT Super Stock. You can also choose from 13 colors to customize your ride even further. Some of our favorite are Pitch-Black, Hellraisin, Sinamon Stick, F8 Green, and White Knuckle.
For the 2021 model year, the Challenger retained its predecessors' classic design while introducing a modern finish to distinguish itself from the rest. Available racing stripes and shaker hood show off the athletic side of the muscle car.
Engine (Power)
If you're looking for a vehicle that maximizes power, look no further than the 2021 Challenger. With five powertrain choices, it offers a range of power output — from moderate to hefty — to meet your commuting needs. A 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine with 303 horsepower comes standard. You can also upgrade to an available 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 engine or a 392 Hemi V-8 that generates up to 485 horsepower. The Hellcat trims use a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V-8 engine delivering an impressive 717 horsepower and 656 pound-feet of torque. For maximum power output, go with the supercharged 6.2-liter high-output V-8, which produces 807 horsepower and 797 pound-feet of torque.
Performance
The Challenger is the first muscle car equipped with an available all-wheel-drive system. Besides introducing this incredible drivetrain, the vehicle also comes with SRT technologies, making it one capable vehicle both on and off the track. Depending on the trim level you choose, you will find a long list of great performance features. For instance, the SRT power chiller sends air conditioning to the radiator to cool the supercharger. The line lock feature holds the front brakes while leaving the rear ones free to rev to your pleasure. And with five drive modes — Track, Sport, Custom, Auto, and Eco/Valet — the Challenger can tackle the road ahead with zero fuss.
Interior
Despite its exceptional power capabilities, the 2021 Dodge Challenger offers a smooth, comfortable ride. The cabin carries ample space so you can invite all your friends along for the exciting drive. Take advantage of the Uconnect 4C infotainment system to find your way to your favorite destinations. The seamless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connection helps you stay on top of phone calls or text messages. The vehicle also includes Performance Pages so you can monitor your most impressive track records or improve your driving habits.
Safety Features
When you choose a vehicle as fast as the Challenger, you need to know that you can reliably come to a stop. With four available brake systems, including a Brembo six-piston system, the muscle car stops as effortlessly as it accelerates. Easily take on rainy conditions with the rain brake support and rain-sensing wipers. The Dodge Challenger also has an available Parkview rear backup camera and automatic high-beam headlamps for enhanced safety. A high-strength steel frame with crumple zones adds another layer of protection for drivers and passengers alike.
