Volcano has it all, but the sushi bar is what really stands out here. You’ll find them in the Santa Fe Square at 3952 E. 42nd St. They are open from 11 AM until 9:30 PM Monday through Friday, from 11 AM until 10 PM on Saturday, and from 11 AM until 9 PM on Sunday.
Be sure to try their sushi or sashimi, their special rolls, and the rice and noodle dishes. The pan-fried noodles and the Singapore mei fun are especially delicious.
