The Mission Fitness complex is located on the MCH Center for Health & Wellness campus. The facility has a lap pool and a heated water therapy pool.

Most swim classes are private, but the Masters Swim Program is a group class. This class is designed to improve overall fitness for moderate- to advanced-level students.
