The Legendary Barn Door

The Legendary Barn Door steakhouse on Andrews Highway has been open since 1963. They only serve USDA Choice Angus steaks that have been hand-carved and aged in their kitchen.

Every meal at the Legendary Barn Door is accompanied by hot homemade bread and Wisconsin cheese. Steak options at the Legendary Barn Door include ribeye, prime rib, and filet mignon. If you are feeling adventurous, check out Fluffy’s Tomahawk, a huge 32-ounce bone-in ribeye. All steaks at Legendary are seasoned with their signature spices and topped with garlic butter.

Chicken, salads, and seafood dishes are also available at the Legendary Barn Door. If you enjoy local lore, check out the menu favorites devoted to Billy, the historic Pecos Depot ghost. Saltgrass Steakhouse

Located on East Highway 191, the Saltgrass Steakhouse is known for its mouthwatering char-grilled certified Angus beef steaks. Steak options include center-cut top sirloin, prime rib, Texas t-bone, and ribeyes. All steaks are rubbed with house-made Saltgrass-7 steak rub and served with a dollop of garlic butter.

The Bar-B-Q Barn on Andrews Highway takes more than 30 hours to smoke their meats over mesquite wood. Smoked brisket, ribs, house-made sausage, turkey, and ham are all made on-site every day. You can enjoy the fruit of Bar-B-Q Barn’s labor in combination platters and sandwiches. Combos come with signature sides such as pinto beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw.
